Joshua is worried about his most recent energy bill which was pretty high and wants to see what his usage was over a particular week.

From the Scenario you can see the Journey map of Joshua process from using the current app to find what he thought the Nest thermostat would have provided. He then realizes there is no way to check the energy usage on that particular week.  He leaves the Nest app unsatisfied thinking the application would have a function to tell him what he used.
